Should a client decide to change method of payment once a credit card has been processed - a credit
refund will include a charge of up to $150.00 due to LUKSA to cover credit company charges for processing the refund.
The refund fee is dependent on the price of the product originally charged.
You may place an order by phone and pay via wire transfer.

Additional bank fees that may apply are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Luksa order number must be transmitted to us with the wire transfer in order to ensure the proper application of funds to the transaction.
C.O.D. Cash on Delivery
We do not accept C.O.D. orders. Sorry.
Shipping/Track an Order
An email message with the tracking number will be sent to you the day that your order is shipped.
In stock: Orders will be shipped within 24 hours.
Back-ordered items: You will be contacted within 24hours with an approximate shipping date. We strive to keep most items in stock for immediate delivery (unless we specify that it’s available on a Special/Custom Order basis only).
We will not ship any order that includes backordered items. We will hold the order until all items are in stock and available to ship unless instructed otherwise by the customer.
Luksa will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labour strikes, transportation failure or acts of God.
Canadian/US Shipments by UPS

International tax and duty: Duties and taxes must be paid once a shipment reaches the destination country, in addition to the customs broker’s clearance charges billed by the carrier. These charges must be paid by the recipient.

Terms & Conditions
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We stand behind the products we sell. Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please Contact Us.
All shipments must be 100% prepaid. All sales are considered final unless
- a damaged product is received
- a wrong item is sent due to Luksa error
Inspection of Products upon Receipt
Once you have received your order, please inspect your purchase carefully.
If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify Luksa at once. Claims for damaged/missing items must be received within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Luksa will not consider any claim for damage or missing items more than 24 hours after delivery.
Return Policy for Defective/Damaged Product
Defective items may be refunded, repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer’s equivalent models.
Custom built Systems (and parts installed) cannot be returned or exchanged but can be repaired through Luksa’s Repair Department.
All returned product is subject to the approval by Luksa. Please Contact Us for a RMA (Return Material Authorization).
The buyer is fully responsible for the product’s safe return to Luksa. All must be in as new condition with all packaging materials/manuals as originally received by the buyer. Any missing parts or damaged items will not be accepted.
The Item must be shipped prepaid and received by Luksa within 7 days after the issue of the RMA.
The returned merchandise should include the RMA number that was issued by Luksa, original Luksa invoice, buyer’s full name, shipping address, contact phone number and the reason for return.
The standard replacement shipping method by Luksa will be ground.
Luksa products come with a One Year Warranty, parts and labour (unless otherwise quoted). Buyer pays for the shipping the product to Luksa. Any warranty repairs must be returned with a copy of the original Bill of Sale.
Ready-to-fly multicopters are exempt from the One Year Warranty. Please contact LUKSA for details.
Luksa’s shipping method to return the merchandise will be ground.
Our Warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only, and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft.
Any changes/modifications made to the product and unauthorized by Luksa during the one-year Warranty period will automatically void the Warranty.
Luksa disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages, for breach of written or implied warranty of an item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Luksa will not be liable for any personal injury, physical injury, and damage caused by the product while under operation by the Purchaser or his assigns. For safety, handling and operation of the product please refer to the Instruction Manual or contact Luksa directly.
We make every effort to provide you with an error-free website. However, if in the event there is a misprint, we reserve the right to correct copy or pricing to reflect the actual current status.
Luksa respects the confidentiality of data relating to all customers and visitors to the site. Individual customer and visitor information is not shared, distributed, leased or sold.
